Five, the guarantor is a legal person approved by the competent authorities of the higher level, and a business license issued by the administrative department for Industry and commerce, and the property that has enough repayment of the loan is a guarantee to ensure that the obligations stipulated in the certificate are fulfilled.

Six, this guarantee will become effective from the date of issue, and will automatically become invalid when the principal and interest of all borrowers are repaid.
