Henan Xinye textile Limited by Share Ltd announcements on the return of fund-raising funds with its own funds
All members of the company and the board of Directors ensure that the contents of the announcement are true, accurate and complete, without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
Henan Xinye textile Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") convened the first provisional shareholders' meeting on 2010 in June 17, 2010, and deliberated and adopted the motion on temporarily replenish the working capital with some idle funds raised.
According to the resolution, the company shall use the idle collection fund of not more than 220 million yuan to supplement the company's circulating fund, and the term of use shall not exceed 6 months, that is, from June 18, 2010 to November 30, 2010.
As of November 30, 2010, the company has used its own funds 220 million yuan to return the proceeds, all of these funds have been pferred to the company to raise funds.
