At present, the vast majority of China's textile industrial clusters are located in the southeast coastal area, with nearly 20 enterprises, employing nearly ten million, and the total economic volume accounts for about 80% of China's textile economy.

If we put aside the administrative divisions, the southeastern coast of China is a typical textile industrial cluster in the world.

There have been signs of breaking regional boundaries among industrial clusters, but it is not yet thorough.

During the "12th Five-Year" period, one of the tasks of the government and associations is to continue to break this regional boundary and achieve a higher level of cluster development and scientific development.

In the future development of industrial clusters, we should attach importance to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

At present, China's textile industry above 5.4 enterprises, the number of small and medium enterprises accounted for 99.4%, and the industrial cluster of enterprises below the scale is not within the scope of statistics.

It can be said that the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises have made important contributions to the development of the textile industry and the employment of the workforce.

However, many small and medium-sized enterprises are facing problems such as financing, recruitment and so on. Therefore, we should pay enough attention to the various industrial cluster areas, and make great efforts to guide and support them.

Small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters should also strengthen coordination and social division of labor and increase external benefits.

When we promote the textile industry from strong to strong and industrial cluster pformation and upgrading, we must identify scientific development ideas.

Many regions call on enterprises to be bigger and stronger.

This "old slogan" reflects the fact that some areas have not yet changed their minds.

At present, it is not "bigger and stronger" but "stronger and bigger" because "bigger" is not necessarily "stronger".

If the scale is large and not strong enough, enterprises will have problems once they encounter risks.

For example, when the financial crisis came, many enterprises broke the chain of funds, which directly jeopardize the survival of enterprises.

At the same time, we should also call on enterprises to "do the right thing", do wrong, enterprises can not be strong, not strong, big will only be "puffiness", so our slogan should be "do right, do strong and expand".

The development of China's textile industry has rich soil. As long as there is sunshine, rain and dew, the textile industry will grow vigorously, and the sunshine and rain is the support of policy. We must unify our thinking and understanding and work together to make greater contributions to the development of local economy and the promotion of the modernization of China's textile industry.
