In August 3rd, the CBRC issued a document saying that "the Interim Measures for the management of service prices of commercial banks" will be amended with the NDRC, which will be released as soon as possible after soliciting opinions from all sides.

However, after a few months, the method was not "released as soon as possible", and even the public opinion was not openly solicited.

Reporters repeatedly contacted the relevant people of the CBRC and the NDRC about the formulation of the management measures and the progress of their comments. The CBRC interviewed by reporters said, "leaders are busy with other matters", and the people of the NDRC said that "too many urgent things are in hand, and so on and so on," and the two sector members have never responded positively.
