30% of the composition of plant fiber in the ecosystem is derived from biofuels, such as sugarcane biomass. The traditional PET is usually produced by polymerized ethylene glycol (EG), terephthalic acid two (DMT) or terephthalic acid (PTA), of which EG accounts for about 30%. The EG in plant fiber from the ecosystem is derived from living things, not oil. Therefore, it helps protect fossil resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, ecosphere plant fiber has the same characteristics and quality as that of oil source polyester, so it can be applied to many polyester products.
