Global Fiber Production In The Two Quarter

Japan Chemical Fiber Association "industry news" reported that ITMF released the second quarter world fiber production and inventory report.

Global output continued to increase, a significant increase compared with the same period last year.

From the point of view of output, global yarn production has increased by 18.6%.

From the regional perspective, Asia increased by 19.8%, South America increased by 10.1%, Europe increased by 5.3%, and North America increased by 4.7%.

Compared with the same period last year, South America increased by 21.9%, Europe increased by 20.3%, Asia increased by 11.1%, and North America increased by 4.7%.

Global fabric output increased by 10.4% over the same period last year.

From a regional perspective, Asia increased by 17.5%, South America by 11.2% and North America by 6.9%.

In terms of inventory, global yarn inventory increased by 1.4%.

South America

A sharp increase of 40%.

Europe

An increase of 0.3% and a slight decrease of 0.8% in Asia.

Fabric inventory increased by 1.5%, Asia, North America and Europe increased by 2.4%, 0.8% and 0.7% respectively; South America decreased by 0.5%.

Compared with the same period last year, South America and Asia increased by 45.2% and 19.8% respectively, while North America and Europe decreased by 9.9% and 0.2% respectively.
