After receiving the information, the Intellectual Property Management Office of Chuan Jiang town of Tongzhou District, Nantong, immediately carried out evidence collection work in accordance with the copyright protection and cooperation agreement signed by the four places.

After investigation, the evidence of the other party's infringement was conclusive. After mediation, he agreed to immediately stop copying, selling and compensate for the loss.

In April 12th this year, China Light Textile City "joined hands" with Jiangsu Nantong, Shandong Weifang and Guangdong Foshan, which are well-known textile key areas in China, and signed an agreement on copyright protection and cooperation in textiles market in Keqiao.

According to the agreement, the four textile professional market will break through geographical restrictions and mutual recognition in the future, and establish a green channel for infringement complaints, and establish a copyright protection alliance to jointly combat copyright infringement on textile patterns.

This is the first cooperation agreement on intellectual property protection across the East China, North China and Southern China.

The "four land agreement" is rich in content, focusing on the protection of textile copyright, the establishment of a joint conference system of four places, the four market copyright propaganda and cooperation system, the preferential admission principle of registration evidence, the copyright infringement case investigation system, the four copyright management institution registration system, the mutual information sharing system, and the four site collaborative notification system.

It is understood that there are 9 other companies that have already registered their copyrights and are being infringed by Weifang enterprises in Shandong.
