What Is Value Fund?
Value type fund It is a kind of stock fund. Investment Style is designed to buy lower price relative intrinsic value.
The first step in value investing is to look for "cheap" stocks.
There are two ways to measure whether stocks are cheap.
One is to use the model to calculate the "intrinsic value" of a stock. If the market value of a stock is lower than its intrinsic value, it is a "cheap stock" worth buying. The other is a vertical and horizontal comparison with the stock historical level or the industry average according to the price multiplier of the stock price earnings ratio (market price / earnings per share).
However, despite the existence of low-priced stocks in the market, fund managers usually invest only in companies whose share prices are expected to rise in the future.
