Ruzhou has obvious advantages in location, pportation and resources, and is very suitable for developing labor-intensive industries such as shoemaking.

Taichung has developed industries, advanced technology and scientific management, and has strong complementarity with Ruzhou. The two sides work hand in hand and seek common development. They will have boundless vitality, unlimited space and unlimited prospects.
