BELLE'S Right To Sue Taobao For Selling False Behavior Was Awarded 80 Thousand
December 24th, famous BELLE Lihua group Footwear trade Ltd. (Hongkong) and new Belle footwear (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. found a Taobao online shop selling counterfeit brand products. So the court in Longgang, the other side to court, recover 420 thousand yuan. Recently, after a judge's mediation, the online shop was compensated by 80 thousand yuan.
This is BELLE's first action in Shenzhen against Taobao networks.
According to the complaint submitted by BELLE, the "Huaqiang shoes Shenzhen store" on Taobao online is the largest online shoe store in Shenzhen which sells fake BELLE brand. The notarization office of Shenzhen notarized the store's trading situation also shows that the operator has sold BELLE and Teenmix brand shoes and boots up to 1401 pairs through the Internet.
After hearing the case, the defendant, ye Mou, was not authorized by the trademark owner, and the infringement facts were clear and conclusive.
After mediation by the judge, the BELLE group reduced the compensation request to 200 thousand yuan, but ye Mou still could not accept it. His parents had been bedridden because of this matter.
The judge coordinated many times, and finally obtained the understanding of the BELLE group. The two sides reached a mediation agreement with a compensation of 80 thousand yuan.
On the day of mediation, ye Mou raised money from relatives and friends to pay compensation.
