Chengdu issued the "Implementation Opinions on actively undertaking the pfer of textile and garment industry". It put forward that by 2015, the city's textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size reached 1000, the new output value was 20 billion yuan, 250 thousand people were employed, and the textile industry was cultivated or imported.

According to the opinion, Chengdu will focus on the introduction of famous brands, R & D, marketing and headquarters bases in the high-end links of the textile and garment industry chain, and support textile and garment enterprises in technological pformation, headquarters economic construction and new major projects, focusing on supporting the construction of the infrastructure and public service platform of the garment industrial park.

Chengdu will also set up a financing platform for the pfer of textile and garment industry, and coordinate financial institutions to provide diversified high-quality services such as opening accounts, settlement, financing and financial management to pfer enterprises, open up "green channel" to high-quality customers, give priority to credit loans and accounts receivable pledge loans.
