GF Securities Pferred &Nbsp Of All Shares, And Completed Industrial And Commercial Changes.

On the evening of January 3rd, GF Securities announced that the company pferred all the shares of Guang Fa Hua Fu 60.35% to the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Fujian Securities Regulatory Commission, and all the business change procedures have been completed. The date of delivery is December 28, 2010.
Guang Fa Hua Fu, formerly known as
Fujian Huafu securities company
It was founded in June 1988 and introduced GF Securities as its controlling shareholder in April 2003 when capital restructuring was made, and changed its name to Guang Fa Hua Fu securities.
Due to the competition between GF and GF, it is not in line with the regulatory requirements of the securities industry. GF Securities listed the stake from November 9, 2010 to December 6th at the Fujian property rights trading center.
Since GF Securities signed the equity trading contract with Fujian energy group, Fujian pportation and Lianhua trust in December 8, 2010, and received all the pfer price of about 2 billion 490 million yuan in December 9th, GF Securities's announcement on December 29th has been approved by the SFC and the Fujian Securities Regulatory Commission.
The original shareholders of GF are Fujian investment group company, Zhangzhou Investment Guarantee Center, Fuzhou investment management company, Fujian Huaxing Group Company, in addition to GF Securities.
In December 31, 2010, GF Securities reported 53.14 yuan, up 5.23%.
