Chongqing Rural Commercial Banks Exercise "Green Shoes" In Full.
Mainland first Listing in Hong Kong Place Agricultural financial institutions Chongqing Rural commercial banks 5, said that on the same day, the exercise of the excess share rights of H-share (also known as "green shoes") has involved about 328 million shares, equivalent to 15% of the initial public offering (IPO), and the shares are sold at HK $5.25 per share.
In the announcement submitted to the HKEx, Chongqing rural commercial bank said that after the exercise of green shoes, the additional amount was approximately HK $1 billion 527 million and its total share capital increased to 9 billion 300 million shares.
The Chongqing rural commercial bank listed on the Hongkong stock exchange in December 16, 2010 and opened at HK $5.45 per share, 3.8% higher than the quoted price, Xinhua reported.
It is reported that before the implementation of "green shoes", Chongqing rural commercial bank listed 2 billion 186 million shares in Hong Kong, with a net financing of HK $10 billion 291 million.
Statistics show that Chongqing rural commercial bank plans to raise funds on the market to consolidate the capital base of the group so as to promote the sustained growth of the group business.
Chongqing rural commercial bank's Hong Kong stock closed at HK $5.35, or 2.9%, for 5 days.
