In the context of the unfavorable factors such as the price of cotton spinning raw materials and the appreciation of the renminbi, which led to the recession of textile exports, the export of Xingtai denim exports was mainly driven by the strong support of Xingtai inspection and Quarantine Bureau to export enterprises.

　　該局將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理引入監(jiān)管工作，重點(diǎn)對(duì)影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的紗線染色、織造工藝和后整理環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，對(duì)體系運(yùn)行中的合同評(píng)審、不合格控制和顧客滿意度調(diào)查進(jìn)行審查;指導(dǎo)企業(yè)按照ISO/IEC17025標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立并完善實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)控制體系，提高企業(yè)自檢自控能力，針對(duì)彈力牛仔布幅寬不易掌握、縮水率不穩(wěn)定的情況，定期取樣與企業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行縮水率比對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、整改提升;建議企業(yè)導(dǎo)入了條形碼軟件系統(tǒng)，對(duì)入庫(kù)的每卷成品外包裝上加貼包含產(chǎn)品信息的條形碼，確保每卷布可以追溯到用紗產(chǎn)地、機(jī)臺(tái)、開(kāi)剪等各個(gè)工序，提高了出入庫(kù)準(zhǔn)確率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量可追溯性;嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行“36524工作制”，為出口企業(yè)恒進(jìn)紡織有限公司提供“快速核放”通關(guān)服務(wù)，確保產(chǎn)品按時(shí)發(fā)運(yùn)。
