The parties involved in the acquisition of shares refer to the acquisition of enterprises, the pfer of enterprises and the shareholders of both sides.

Generally speaking, the acquisition of shares should be handled according to the following provisions:

1, the acquirer should confirm the proceeds or losses of share pfer.

2, the tax base for acquiring shares should be determined on the basis of fair value.

3, the relevant income tax matters of the acquired enterprises remain unchanged in principle.
