The sixth provision of the enterprise income tax law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that

(1) sales of goods;

(two) provide labor income;

(three) pfer of property income;

(four) dividends, dividends and other equity investment income;

(five) interest income;

(six) rental income;

(seven) royalty income;

(eight) receiving donations;

(nine) other income. "

Therefore, the total amount of taxable income approved should include the above income items, but it does not include non taxable income and tax-free income.
