Following the drastic rectification

According to the plan, before the end of this year, leather enterprises with the scale of under 100 thousand mark / year shall be eliminated, and the leather enterprises with scale of 300 thousand under the age of 300 thousand shall be eliminated by the end of the year.

During the "12th Five-Year" period, the leather industry in Fujian province will control the discharge concentration and total discharge volume.

This year, the total number of major pollutants discharged from the leather industry in 2008 decreased by 45% compared with that in 2008, and the COD decreased by 41%. In 2012, the ratio dropped from 2008 to 2008: COD decreased by 42% and NH3N decreased by 39%; 2015 decreased by 40% compared with 2008, while NH3N dropped by 36%.

At present, the leather industry in Fujian province has taken the lead in eliminating backward production capacity, and the pollution prevention and control technology has reached the leading level at home and abroad.

The plan has made a detailed decomposition of the total reduction task of the 9 provinces and municipalities in Pingtan and the comprehensive experimentation area in the province, and calls for quickening the industrial adjustment. All leather enterprises must adopt the cleaner production technology recommended by the state, adjust measures to local conditions, implement waste water reuse according to local conditions, strictly carry out the separate treatment of chromium containing waste water, realize the "five water diversion" of chromium containing wastewater, sulfide containing wastewater, comprehensive wastewater, domestic sewage and rainwater, and implement cleaner production audit in stages and batches.

A centralized sewage treatment plant must be built in the leather concentrated area. All leather enterprises and centralized wastewater treatment facilities must be installed on-line monitoring equipment. Centralized centralized treatment facilities must be built up to standardize the central control system and carry out dynamic monitoring on the operation of the sewage treatment system. The leather enterprise wastewater should be monitored and connected with the local environmental protection department in the line monitoring equipment.

It is reported that this year, the Fujian provincial environmental protection department will compile the annual pollution reduction plan for the whole year, and the leather industry regulation and emission reduction projects will be included in the province's emission reduction plan.
