Ministry of Commerce spokesman Yao Jian said recently that China's foreign trade development has many favorable conditions in 2011, but it also faces various pressures such as slow recovery of the world economy, possible warming of trade friction, rising concentration of production factor costs, and increasingly fierce market competition. According to the data released by the General Administration of customs, the total value of China's foreign trade imports and exports in 2010 was 2 trillion and 972 billion 760 million US dollars, an increase of 34.7% over the same period last year.
