Vietnam'S Textile And Garment Industry Has An Average Wage Of 2 Million 200 Thousand Shields.
The Ministry of labour of Vietnam released the survey data of local average wage in 2010 for reference and coordination between employers and employees in early March 2011.
In 2010, the Ministry investigated 15 economic units representing 8 provinces and cities in Vietnam, including Hanoi, Haiphong, Yongfu, Guangning, peace, Qinghua, Yi An, clam harbor, Qinghe, Dal, Hu Zhiming, Nai, Pingyang, batten and Can Tho, including 1581 state owned enterprises, joint stock enterprises, and the participation of government officials.

And so on, the average wages of 14 thousand and 451 employees, summed up the average wage 3 million 200 thousand shield, mining metallurgy industry average wage 9 million 200 thousand shield, banking 7 million 600 thousand shield, pharmaceutical industry 7 million shield, textile clothing and footwear industry 2 million 200 thousand shield (according to March 17, 2011 1 to 20 thousand and 880 shield).
The purpose of the above investigation is to grasp the labor of enterprises in various regions.

As well as the actual situation of social insurance, we think that we should formulate labor policy, wage policy and social insurance policy every year.
This is also a process for Vietnam to move towards the future and apply the basic wage policy to the whole enterprise (Vietnamese capital and foreign capital).

In 2011, the Ministry of labour will work out the basic salary for each economic zone implemented in 2012 on the basis of gross domestic product (GDP), consumer price index (CPI), salary increase ratio and market wages.
