It is clear that in 2015, the energy consumption per unit of industrial added value, carbon dioxide emissions and water consumption in China will be reduced by 18%, 18% and 30% respectively than that at the end of 11th Five-Year, and the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste should be increased to about 72%. It is clear that this year's four indicators should be reduced by 4%, 4% and 7%, or 2.2 percentage points respectively.

Vice Minister Su Bo, 28, held in Nanjing on the national industrial energy conservation and comprehensive utilization working conference, said that the industrial field will resolutely fulfill the national "12th Five-Year" energy saving and emission reduction objectives and tasks.
He disclosed that the Ministry of industry and industry is organizing the plan for industrial pformation and upgrading, which initially determined that the "12th Five-Year" period would adopt the constraint indicators such as energy consumption per unit of industrial added value, water consumption, carbon dioxide emission intensity and industrial sulfur dioxide, chemical oxygen demand, nitrogen oxides and ammonia nitrogen emissions.
