Recently, the State Administration of Taxation has issued the notice on expanding the application scope of the tax exemption and refund management measures for enterprises, which stipulates that the integrated circuit design, software design, animation design enterprises and other high and new technology enterprises that engage in business registration for more than two years may engage in some export businesses.

High and new technology enterprises

The business scope of specific tax exemption and refund includes: independent research and development, design of goods exported by other enterprises after processing, or entrusting other domestic enterprises for production and processing; export of goods entrusted to overseas enterprises after processing, and then using the brand of their enterprises; independent research and development, design software, loading of goods exported to purchased hardware equipment, and other circumstances stipulated by the State Administration of taxation.
