The guests attending the conference agreed that the whole set of cold dyeing and direct injection technology, which was independently developed by Shishi Jicheng enterprise, is a new printing process. It is another major revolution in printing and dyeing technology. It will make Shishi and even China's printing and dyeing technology level reach the leading level in the world.

Shishi daily crown began in 2009, and spent more than 2 years, successfully developed 6 new cold and dyed printing machines with independent intellectual property rights patents, which achieved waterless printing and completely subverted the traditional printing process with high pollution and high energy consumption.

The technology is to digitally print the printing patterns by computer, and spray the nanoscale dye solution directly onto the textile. The printing patterns can reach the level of photo accuracy, and the patterns are rich and colorful. The printing fabric is both chemical fiber and cotton, the printing speed can reach 40 square meters, the accuracy is 702 x 2160DPI, the color fastness is above 4 level, and the direct injection color can reach 16 million 700 thousand kinds theoretically. Compared with the traditional circular net and flat screen printing process, it needs no engraving, saving electricity by about 78%, saving water 90%, and reducing the cost by 70%. There is no waste water generated, no dyeing and chemical waste is wasted, the production process is short, the product accords with Oeke-TexSlandard100's eco textile standard, and the whole process of green production is realized.

The company officially launched 1608/1808 and 1616/1618 type cold dye direct injection machines in March, opening up a new era of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection in Shishi's printing and dyeing industry.
