The clothing entrepreneurs recently received instructions from the Ministry of the interior to maintain smooth access to their roofs and avoid deaths due to asphyxia during the fire.

Mr. long said that in some cases, workers died of suffocation because factory owners blocked the staircase with cloth or other materials, causing smoke to be discharged.
