The products of research and development and production are included in the catalogue of national high-tech products. Technical personnel with college education or above account for more than 30% of the total number of employees in the enterprise. Among them, Ying Zhan, a scientific and technological personnel engaged in the research and development of high-tech products, has more than 10% of the total number of employees. The sum of the total sales income and technical income of the high-tech enterprises should account for more than 60% of the total income of the enterprise. The funds for research and development of new and high technology products and their products should account for more than 3%~5% of the total annual income of the enterprise.

In April, June and September, the deadline for reporting the paper materials of high and new technology enterprises was set up by the district science and Technology Bureau.

Reporting enterprises should submit paper materials to the local science and Technology Bureau in ten days in advance.
