The quality of 3 kinds of children's articles, such as children's cars and toys, was monitored and checked, and the qualified rate of sampling was above 80%.
Most of the unqualified reasons are concentrated on free formaldehyde, excessive impact strength, small parts sharp or easy to swallow.
The national spot checks involve children's shoes, children's cars and toy manufacturing enterprises in 8 provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong.
Spot checks showed 80 children in 80 enterprises.

There are 14 kinds of children's shoes in travel shoes, which are not qualified for free formaldehyde, appearance (sensory) quality, wear resistance, hardness at the outsole, lining and pad color fastness to rubbing.
Of the 110 children's bicycles, tricycles, trolley and baby walkers in 110 enterprises, 22 kinds of children's cars are not qualified in sharp edges, brake handle size, mechanical and impact strength, and braking devices.
Compared with children's shoes and children's cars, the failure rate of plastic and electrical toys is the lowest, which is 9%, but the risk coefficient of unqualified items is higher.
For example, touches of sharp points, small parts and pellets, dangerous protrusions, migratory elements (lead, chromium) and so on.
The AQSIQ has ordered all parts of the country to impose administrative penalties for unqualified production enterprises and take corrective and remedial measures.
