How to handle chattel mortgage registration

In accordance with the "People's Republic of China Guarantee Law" and the State Administration for Industry and commerce "Regulations on the registration and management of enterprise chattel mortgage" and other laws, regulations and rules, the registration of chattel mortgage shall be handled.

Where the procedures are complete, the documents are complete and conform to the statutory conditions, they will be completed within 5 working days from the date of acceptance.

Documents and documents to be submitted for registration of chattel mortgage:

1. Application for registration of chattel mortgage.

2. Main contract and mortgage contract;

3. List of mortgages;

4. The business license of both parties.

5, the two sides handle the letter of authorization for mortgage registration.

6, the qualification certificate of the legal representatives of both sides.

7, the resident identity certificate of both agents;

8. Ownership of mortgages or

9. Information on the effective status of mortgages;
