At the same time, it has set up the work objectives of "preventing disputes, promoting harmony, focusing on the center and doing good services", constantly strengthening its own construction, improving its service ability and quality, and making a public commitment to the public: opening a green channel for notarization; carrying out notarization booking service or door-to-door service for the elderly, disabled persons and other parties; notarization fees for holding legal aid letters, urban low assurance (rural five insured households), disability certificates, and other special documents, and reducing the rate of notarization fees by no less than 20% of the statutory standard.

In order to ensure that the commitments can be truly implemented, we have established fair industry practice publicity system, on-site service system, first question responsibility system, holiday booking service system and post card return visit system, and strengthened the supervision of daily work.

87 items of notarization, which are related to the vital interests of the masses, are 23 of them, or 12000 yuan for the litigants who meet the conditions of assistance.
