Recently, a car dealer exporters who were applying for FORM E certificates told reporters that after the start of the China ASEAN free trade area last year, the products exported to ASEAN could enjoy zero tariff concessions, and the competitiveness of the products produced by enterprises increased in ASEAN market. This year's exports to ASEAN increased by three to 40% compared with the same period last year.
In addition to the FORM E certificate, the issuance of the certificate of origin of China Singapore FTA has also achieved a breakthrough this year.

Weakening the GSP certificate
According to reports, the European Union, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Russia and other countries give China a preferential system of preferential tariff system, giving preferential treatment to certain products that import FORM A certificates from China.
According to statistics, in the 1-4 month of this year, the Quanzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued 9095 FORM A certificates, with a visa value of $220 million, representing a decrease of 14.55% and 0.45% respectively.
"The price increase has been affected by the increase in clothing products exported to Europe this year."
The responsible person said that in recent years, the EU and Japan have adjusted their GSP schemes one after another to reduce the discount rate of some products in China, even to cancel the preferential treatment. This is also one of the reasons for the decrease of the FORM A certificates.
The future use of FORM A certificates will be further weakened. The European Union has issued a notice that it will reduce the 176 countries and regions enjoying the EU's import preferences to about 80 by January 1, 2014. When China exports European products or faces higher tax rates, the competitiveness of products in Europe will be greatly affected.
