After investigation, the man was a student from a Western Asian country in Beijing, aged 25.

At present, the expatriate man has been detained by Chaoyang police on suspicion of obstruction of public service, and the case is under further investigation.

At the stage of prosecution, it may be prosecuted in accordance with the crime of dangerous driving and the crime of obstructing public affairs.
