At present, illegal activities such as "black hearted cotton" production and sale are rampant in parts of Jiangsu, and the concealment and anti reconnaissance capabilities of illegal elements have been enhanced.

Many "black heart cotton" production dens are hidden in the public houses, and most of them are nocturnal. Some peddlers have learned to circumvent the attack.

In the future, the Bureau will further strengthen the crackdown on illegal operations of black hearted cotton, intensify publicity efforts, encourage social reporting, make full use of all aspects of society, and jointly crack down on the use of prohibited raw materials or restricted raw materials to produce fibrous products for daily use, as well as the illegal use of non living and flocculating fiber products as posing as domestic fibrous products.
