The government's commitments have not been fulfilled, reducing exporters' trust in the government. At the same time, it makes it difficult for exporters to achieve export targets of US $25 billion, and it is difficult to resist competition in the world market. The Ministry of textiles has set a target of US $25 billion in textile exports by 2014.
