Wang Qishan, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, visited Shijiazhuang, Hebei province from 1 to 2, and chaired a symposium on financial services for small enterprises.

In accordance with the requirements and deployment of the central authorities, the financial system should grasp the implementation of prudent monetary policy, obey and serve the overall situation of national economic development, persist in maintaining pressure and strive to optimize the credit structure, and unswervingly strengthen financial support for weak links such as small businesses.

Wang Qishan pointed out that to alleviate the financing difficulties of small businesses, we should take measures to speed up the financial system.

Large banks should innovate financial products, strengthen financial services for small businesses, and make the work practical.

At the same time, small financial institutions that are suitable for small businesses should be developed.

The people's Bank of China, the Banking Regulatory Commission, the Securities Regulatory Commission, the CIRC and the party committees and governments at all levels should make overall plans, create and protect the financial environment, and pay close attention to the situation of the private lending market.

Wang Qishan stressed that "all industries flourishes, while finance prospers."

We should deal well with the relationship between the real economy and the virtual economy, the government and the market, strengthen financial supervision, standardize the order of the financial market, prevent moral hazard, and keep the bottom line of systematic and regional financial risks.
