This project is directly related to the "green, automation and equipment" of the manufacturing industry in the "national medium and long term science and technology development plan" (28). It is a key supporting technology of the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan of the State Council and the equipment manufacturing industry adjustment and revitalization plan.

This project will provide independent weaving equipment and technological support for developing and producing high-performance carbon fiber composites in China.

副校長蔣秀明教授介紹，該課題的總體目標(biāo)是以《國家中長期科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2006-2020年）》中大型飛機(jī)、探月工程、載人航天等航空航天重大科技專項需求為背景，以風(fēng)力發(fā)電、船舶制造、汽車、自行車等高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)需求為牽引，立足我國資源，打破國外封鎖，加強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新，突破制約我國碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)瓶頸，發(fā)展具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的軍民兩用復(fù)合材料骨架制造技術(shù)，重點研究開發(fā)碳纖維多軸向經(jīng)編機(jī)及技術(shù)、多層角聯(lián)機(jī)織裝備及技術(shù)和立體管狀織造裝備及技術(shù)，填補(bǔ)國內(nèi)碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域多層織造裝備的空白，實現(xiàn)碳纖維多軸向織物、多層厚重織物、立體異型織物、管狀多層織物等新型復(fù)合材料骨架的機(jī)械化、自動化、批量化生產(chǎn)，提高碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本，提升我國產(chǎn)業(yè)用紡織品和復(fù)合材料的自主創(chuàng)
