In one breath, she complained to the local Consumers Association for help.

City industry and Commerce Bureau pointed out that at present, China has not yet established a sound and effective credit mechanism, nor does it have specific laws and regulations to regulate such consumption patterns. Many complaints can not be found because of the failure to find businesses.

The industry and commerce department reminds consumers that first, we must carefully assess the credibility of the business when we run the card. We must weigh the options for those businesses which are small in scale, poor in operation, short in opening time or have no legal qualifications.
