Sales of footwear increased by 24.4%.
The Spanish footwear exhibition held in Tokyo ended in July 1st, organized by the Spanish Footwear Industry Association (FICE) and co sponsored by the Spanish Foreign Trade Development Council (ICEX) and the Spanish Embassy in Japan.
Exhibitors have Art-Neosens, Casteller, Ezzio, Kanna, Mikaela, Pertini-Cordwainer, PonsQuintana, SachaLondon, TouslesJours, Vidorreta and Zinda.
Famous buyers and importers and selected media members are allowed to enter the exhibition.
This includes about 650 of the limited number of visitors.
The number of Spanish shoes exported to Japan amounted to 695727 pairs, amounting to US $13 million 600 thousand, which increased by 44% and 24% respectively compared with the first four months of 2010.
