In February 1955, Chanel launched a handbag named "2.55" at the time of its birth.

Before handbags are formally produced, leather is first prepared.

Each handbag leather is perforated by a manual punch or computer, and then the machine is stitched, rolled and closed. All sizes are controlled within a minimum.
