The latest forecast data show that since the beginning of this year, Vietnam's footwear and luggage industry exports have maintained a steady growth momentum. The export volume of footwear and bags in this country is expected to reach US $6 billion this year, an increase of about 30% over the previous year.
Among them, the export volume of bags and commodities is expected to exceed US $1 billion for the first time this year.
Vietnam leather and Footwear Association said that Vietnamese footwear products exported from Vietnam to low-grade and cheap products were mainly exported to more high-end products.
At present, the export proportion of cheaper products such as rubber shoes is larger than that of the previous year.
