According to the briefing, the ten key projects include urban framework works, upgrading of the central area, headquarters economy, exhibition, logistics engineering, electronic information engineering, transportation engineering, cultural engineering, educational engineering, sports engineering, environmental protection engineering, and "three old" transformation, housing and resettlement projects, which totally cover 54 sub projects, covering basically all aspects of the construction of Binhai International Commercial City. The total investment of the ten major projects is 53 billion 230 million yuan, including 11 billion 265 million yuan invested by Humen Town, 41 billion 824 million yuan of social capital, 3 projects with over 5 billion yuan investment, 14 projects with over 1 billion yuan, huge investment scale, attracting many enterprises, and creating the most important year of Humen town.

Ye Kongxin, the new mayor of Humen Town, said at the launching ceremony that the ten key engineers to improve the urban framework and support the upgrading of urban functions are also a strategic move for Humen to promote industrial, social, cultural and ecological construction, and a key step in building the embryonic form of the coastal International Mall.
 

In addition, the reporter learned from the meeting that the Humen private headquarters economic building, which has attracted much attention from all walks of life, is officially listed in the ten key projects of Humen town. The Humen private economy building, which is planned to build, is 280 meters high and 70 storeys high. After completion, it will surpass the Dongguan business building and become the new "Dongguan first high-rise building".
