The Argentina Footwear Association has invited relevant personages in the leather industry, footwear industry and leather products industry to take part in this activity.

For the industry, this event is of great significance.

This provides an excellent opportunity for practitioners to get the latest information on the global footwear industry and to discuss the industry prospects in the region.

Sponsored by the Argentina Footwear Association of Argentina, the first forum was held in Argentina in 2007.

The idea is to convene other Latin American shoe business associations and associations.

These associations have successfully organized four forums in three years: Guanajuato (Mexico 2008), St Paul (Brazil 2009), Bogota (Columbia 2010) and Ambato (Ecuador in 2010).

The forum is a great event, where members and footwear industry representatives discuss the problems faced by their respective countries and propose new mechanisms to promote industry growth in the region.

The plan will include papers and working groups, where leaders of the industry will introduce relevant proposals and solutions.
