The export destinations include more than 100 countries and regions, including the European Union, the United States, Russia, Japan, South America, the Middle East, Africa and so on.

Among them, the EU is still the largest market for footwear exports in Wenzhou, accounting for about 40% of the volume, quantity and value of goods.

According to the analysis, footwear exports in Wenzhou have maintained rapid growth. The main competitiveness lies in the fashionable products, excellent quality and low price. Secondly, the industrial clusters and the upstream and downstream industries are well matched.

In addition, a large number of overseas Chinese businessmen in Wenzhou are also a major buyer of footwear products in Wenzhou.

At the same time, international buyers such as DEICHMANN and WALMART have shifted their focus to Wenzhou, which has directly promoted the substantial growth of Wenzhou's footwear exports.
