Telephone people can not fight behind the real problem -- why can the Environmental Protection Secretary freely say such a "thunderous" discourse?

Some officials at present do not understand the sufferings of the masses at all levels. They only listen to the reports of the lower level staff. They spend much time in meetings, eating and drinking, and traveling abroad.

In the long run, the distance between officials and people is getting farther and farther, and the relationship between officials and people is becoming lighter. In the eyes of the Secretary, they are masters of the government, while the masses are just grass roots. The general public and the secretary are obviously not a class. Naturally, there is no phone call, and the phone calls from the general public are degrading their identities.

Perhaps in the eyes of the Secretary, he is busy with meetings and reporting to senior leaders every day. If the masses call him every day, he can do nothing.

Obviously, in his eyes, it is the most important thing to have a good relationship with the superiors. The telephone is specifically used to answer instructions from the superiors and ask for instructions from the lower level, instead of letting the masses fight, which fully reveals that there is no mass in his heart.
