North Clothing Holds "Beijing Municipal Education Commission University Asset Management System" Training

According to the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau on the dynamic management of state-owned assets, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission organized various colleges and universities to implement the asset management system by using the Beijing University's asset management system. Since May, our school has officially launched the system. In order to make the asset managers of various departments skillfully use the system and better serve the asset management, the State Asset Management Office recently held a training meeting in the computing center computer room.
　
It is learnt that, as part of the 2011 state-owned asset management meeting, this is the first training for asset managers. All departments attach great importance to asset managers and participate in the system, focusing on dynamic query, scrapping registration and application functions of the system.

The system takes the information center of Beijing Education Commission as the core node, and implements the deployment of data distribution and centralized management through the Beijing education information network in the Municipal Education Commission and municipal universities. To establish a networked and collaborative asset dynamic management system platform that is suitable for the daily management of assets in Colleges and universities covering the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, state owned assets departments and departments of colleges and universities. The system fully embodies the idea of hierarchical management to meet the needs of asset management in different application levels of municipal universities. It covers routine management such as asset allocation (acceptance registration), requisition, maintenance, allocation, disposal, inventory and so on. It strengthens the whole process supervision of assets from "import" to "export", realizes monitoring and early warning of assets important indicators, and provides functions of inquiry, statistics and analysis of assets of management assets in various levels of asset management departments, so as to realize the information standardization and dynamic management of assets of municipal institutions of higher learning.
