China's vice president Xi Jinping said Friday that China's economy will not emerge.

During a meeting with visiting vice president Biden (Joe Biden), Xi Jinping reiterated that the Chinese government promised to continue to adopt a proactive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy.
Xi Jinping said that while maintaining macroeconomic policy stability, China will also enhance its policy relevance and flexibility, and said that the Chinese government will ensure economic growth and restraint.
