Import Duty On Polyester Staple Fiber Imported From TaiwanKorea


 

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided to revoke the existing levy on polyester staple fibres in South Korea and Taiwan.

Anti-dumping duty

The order may cause substantial injury to continue to exist or recur within a reasonable foreseeable time.


The ruling of the Commission is that the existing orders for imports of products from Korea and Taiwan will be maintained.


All six members voted for the vote.


Today's action is based on the five year (Sunset) requirement under the Uruguay Round Agreement Act.
