India Levying Anti-Dumping Duties On Some PVC Films Produced In China
India's Ministry of finance has made a decisive ruling on the introduction of some PVC films imported from China.

The tax department has imposed an anti-dumping duty of 0.034 dollars per kilogram on the PVC flexible film produced and exported by Zhangjiagang Hai de si Industrial Textiles Co., Ltd.
In addition, a tax of $0.441 per kilogram is levied on the film products from Zhejiang Yuli Plastic Co., Ltd.
The anti-dumping duty has come into effect in July 30th and is valid for five years.
After investigation, the Ministry of Commerce's anti-dumping and joint Taxation Administration concluded that the dumping behavior of Chinese suppliers to India seriously damaged the interests of India manufacturers.
The PVC film sheet as an object of taxation is used for advertising signs.
