The act violates the provisions of the second and twenty-eighth provisions of the first paragraph of the sixteenth paragraph of the People's Republic of China fire code, which issued the "fire supervision and inspection record" and the "order for rectification", and ordered it to immediately correct the illegal acts.

In order to severely punish the illegal acts of fire fighting and to prevent the occurrence of serious fire accidents, according to the provisions of the first and third clauses of the first paragraph of article sixtieth of the People's Republic of China fire law, the brigade decided to impose a fine of 160 thousand yuan on the Suqian Yusheng textile company and ordered him to rectify the fire hazard within the prescribed time limit.

The brigade supervision staff carried out persuasion and education for the company's staff, clarifying the importance of fire safety, requiring that the company strengthen its duty during the rectification period, and strengthen the staff's own awareness of fire safety so as to ensure that there is no fire accident.
