Chanel Group Initiates Tort Litigation In Las Vegas

A tort lawsuit was launched against 399 websites, accusing them of selling counterfeit Chanel brand goods.
It is said that most of these websites are from China, Bahamas, and some other areas with loose legal supervision.
The lawsuit filed by Chanel asked the court to ban them.

And use the domain name to punish these website operators, prohibiting them from selling any counterfeit Chanel bags, costumes, accessories, etc.
The case lawyer Stephen Gaffigan also participated in the lawsuit of Tiffany and Louis Vuitton brand.
Tiffany sued 223 unnamed cases in April 18th.

Operators, and Louis Vuitton filed a lawsuit in May 9th, accusing 182 websites of selling counterfeit brand goods.
