The Chinese textile and clothing brand pioneer park is also known as the "fashion Valley" by the industry. It is co constructed by the China Textile Industry Association and the Songjiang District government of Shanghai. It is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, near Songjiang University Town, with a planned area of 2 million square meters.

The park is responsible for the planning and operation of China Textile Industry Association, and intends to build the 6 major centers of China's textile and garment industry: talent center, information center, business center, and design.

At present, when the first phase of the project is settled, the park has launched the "fashion Valley professional service platform" in October 19th in line with the principle of "service first". The service platform is jointly organized by China Fashion Color Association, China clothing association, China Textile Information Center, national textile product launch center, China textile industry association testing center and other professional institutions.
