The appraisal committee agreed that the project undertaken by Tangshan Sanyou group Xingda Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. broke the monopoly of foreign technology, fully mastered the production technology of modal fiber and achieved mass production and scale production, filled the blank of the domestic production of modal fiber, and achieved a major breakthrough in China's viscose staple fiber in the high-end technology field.

The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, and the project has been approved.

The appraisal committee consists of 9 experts. Jiang Shicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, serves as the director of the appraisal committee. Yao Mu, vice president of the Chinese Academy of engineering, serves as the deputy director.

Xu Kunyuan, vice president of China Textile Industry Association, Li Jinbao, director of science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Association, and President of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association.

To this end, Tangshan Sanyou Xingda chemical fiber has assumed the science and technology guidance project of China Textile Industry Association.

After a long period of effort, from a small test to a 5000 ton / year pilot production line, and a 15 thousand ton / year industrial production line was reformed, the production technology and corresponding equipment of high strength and high modulus regenerated cellulose fiber were developed, with innovative and independent intellectual property rights.
