From the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, the illegal activities of "black hearted cotton" have been found during the enrollment of new college freshmen.

Since the launch of the "black heart cotton" anti-counterfeiting work in 2001, the relevant departments of the province have coordinated with each other and established a group to purchase floc products.

It is reported that the relevant departments at all levels in Hebei province will establish a special action coordination mechanism to crack down on "black hearted cotton" crimes and organize, coordinate and carry out special actions.

The relevant departments in all localities will focus on the use of floc fiber products from university students, taking into account other areas such as boarding schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, welfare homes, etc., with the main source of raw materials of black heart cotton, production and sale of floc fiber products, and management of school wadding and fiber products, focusing on time, concentration, coordination and joint enforcement of law, strictly investigating and cracking down on illegal and criminal acts of black hearted cotton, cutting off the supply chain of "black hearted cotton", and containing illegal and criminal acts of "black hearted cotton".

　　衛(wèi)生部門將對醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)纖維性醫(yī)療廢物的管理情況進(jìn)行檢查，防止纖維性醫(yī)療廢物流出，同時將督促住宿場所加強(qiáng)對采購被服的索證管理，作好記錄，便于溯源;環(huán)保部門將對醫(yī)療廢物集中處置的單位進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格檢查，依法查處不按照經(jīng)營許可范圍從事收集、貯存、利用、處置醫(yī)療廢物的非法經(jīng)營活動，防止醫(yī)用纖維性廢物從集中處置單位流出;質(zhì)監(jiān)部門將對被褥、枕頭、墊子、棉服等絮用纖維制品及再加工纖維生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格檢查，重點檢查生產(chǎn)原料購進(jìn)記錄和驗收記錄、絮用纖維制品及再加工纖維產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識標(biāo)注和警示用語，依法查處生產(chǎn)“黑心棉”違法行為;工商部門將依法查處無照經(jīng)營行為和銷售“黑心棉”違法行為，加強(qiáng)市場監(jiān)督檢查;公安部門將把打擊“黑心棉”違法犯罪行為納入到“打四黑除四害”專項行動中，支持各部門開展執(zhí)法查處工作，對

Those suspected of crimes will be pferred to the public security organs in time.
